Eddie's great-grandfather immigrated from Italy and built his livelihood through masonry, eventually founding a home-building company in the Chicago area. That foundation of building something real and lasting became a family legacy. His family began investing and developing property in Southern Utah in the early 2000s, long before the region became the growth story it is today.
He first moved to Southern Utah in 2011 to attend what was then Dixie State University (now Utah Tech), and had been visiting the area throughout his childhood. Before putting down permanent roots in St. George, he lived and worked across Nagoya, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Shanghai, and Green River, Utah. Having experienced some of the world's most dynamic cities, his return was not a default — it was a decision. He believes St. George offers something rare: quality of life, community, natural beauty, and real upside for buyers and investors.

Eddie pursued his legal education not because he wanted to be a courtroom lawyer — entrepreneurship was always the goal. He earned the bar so he could think like a lawyer without being limited by one. His approach: get to fair deals, not hold up deals trying to win every point. He brings legal discipline to every transaction — reading contracts closely, spotting risk early, protecting his clients — while never letting process get in the way of possibility.
